Payment Policy
New accounts- C.O.D., Established Accounts with Approval - Net 30
Days. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and American
Express. A finance charge of 2% per month and a $10.00 collection
fee will be charged on unpaid balance.
All orders that are paid via wire transfer will be charged a
$25.00 fee. Customers within the United States can use ACH as an
alternative to wire transfer.

Shipping or Freight
All
freight F.O.B. , Cincinnati, Ohio.
Orders being shipped via
United States Postal Service will have a $10.00 flat rate handling
fee added to the freight charges.
Returns
RACO Card Solutions values our relationship with you and offers a
return policy for most products that you purchase from RACO Card
Solutions.
Under this policy, you may return to RACO Card Solutions, within the
applicable return policy period, products that you purchased from
RACO Card Solutions for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less
shipping and applicable restocking fees.
Our Return Policy is defined below
- All returns must be requested within 30 days from invoice
date.
- All custom products are not authorized for return.
- All returns must have prior approval and assigned a Return
Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact 1-800-446-1991
and one of our representatives will provide the RMA number.
- RMA number must be on the shipping label ONLY. Avoid writing
the RMA number or any other markings on the box or the product
cannot be re-sold as new.
- RMA number will expire unless the return is received by RACO
Card Solutions within 15 days of issuance.
- All returns are subject to re-stocking fee up to 25%.
- All returns must be in their original condition including
all packaging, manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags,
etc.
- All products must be double boxed to avoid additional damage
during shipping.
- Misshipments must be filed within 15 days of invoice date.
- Customer is responsible for freight when returning product.
- Customer assumes all risk of loss and damage to products
being shipped for return until received by RACO Card Solutions.
Product may be refused and returned to the customer if any of the
above conditions are not attained.
Minimum Orders
Minimum order is $50.00, excluding tax (if
applicable) and shipping. For orders less than $50.00 a maximum
surcharge of $20.00 will be added to the invoice. Does not apply to
repairs.
